We take a day off the calendar where we jointly focus on your business and potential in Europe. I share my experience, so you get to see the possibilities with new eyes and get ready for the "next step".

 

You'll get:

• The COURAGE Model - Based on more than 10 years of work in the USA, I have developed the COURAGE Model, which takes your company around the most important factors when it comes to creating success in the European / American market.

The course and the day contain the following:

• Prep-step: Initial dialogue about status, goals and ambitions

Before the day, we set aside 60-90 minutes for an online dialogue where we discuss where the company is today in relation to Europe, what has initiated the desire to change the current situation, and what are the company's goals and ambitions to focus on the European market.

• A day with the COURAGE Model where we, among other things. comes around the following themes:

  • Customers and market segments ideal for the company's products and value propositions
  • Sales channels and the optimal setup (including the establishment of a subsidiary) to ensure the success of your business in Europe
  • Cultural differences in European and American business culture
  • Relationship building in Europe, which is absolutely essential when gaining a foothold in the market

• Post-step: Dialogue about executing "Next Step"

Increased European efforts are a decision that must be anchored in top management. Therefore, it is my experience that the "next step" just needs to be reversed at the next board meeting. After you as the owner have had the opportunity to discuss the outcome of our COURAGE day with your board, we end the engagement with an online evaluation meeting where we can decide together whether I should join the next part of the trip to Europe, or I can point the company in another direction.
